Heck yeah! The faculty of law schools should be called to the carpet. Their exhorbitant salaries drive high education prices and thus price many (read the poor and the minorities) out of Law School. We can all thank the proctectionist policies of the American Bar Association for that.
US News & World Report (USNWR) gives us no insight into the quality of law school faculty. (USNWR) Green Bag is proposing that faculty should be graded on three key criteria. First, are they scholars? Second, are they active pro-bono practicioners? Third, are they active and good teachers? All of these criteria make sense to me. So, we all need to stay tuned to see what turns up!
